The grunt is hidden in the last Mission "Halo" as soon as you hear Cortana say "it's 90% charged Chief!" head towards the Nav Point Arrow and turn to your right and follow the ledge around to the "Jerk Store Grunt"

but anyway, that was a good find. i wonder how many times they died looking for stuff like that cause they wouldnt have known to go right there. they probably looked for the stuff all through that part of the level. ill have to try this out later..
