Priz - Prisoner is three levels so I made three maps. But the colors and numbers go together because it's the same level. If you look at the bottom floor, drpwnspriz1, you can see lines covering different areas of the map. Each segment of lines is color coded. The idea behind this is if you are standing on priz 1 in the red colored area. You will spawn on priz 2 in the red colored areas. Also, you will notice on priz 3 near the window room there are white lines with arrows. There is also one on the sniper tower. Those point directly to the spawn points. The final part of this is the numbers. 1-4 I think? Those are the important spawns to me, huge tops and randoms. As you can see in priz 1 in the top left a yellow 2. The colors mean nothing for the numbers. If you follow the number 2 to priz 3 you can see another number 2. Standing on either of the numbers 2's will spawn you on the opposite number 2. Thats how I did those spawns. Battle Creek, Chill Out, Dammy - I'm checking these out and it looks like I got a little bit different on those ones. These work by me first marking all the spawns on the map with a colored dot. These dots should be obvious and fairly large, all colored in. Then, I squiggles/doodles/marked off the areas that - when stood in - will spawn your partner to the dot. So on battle creek, if you are standing anywhere near the white squiggly lines your partner will spawn at the white dot. The closer one usually but it's random sometimes. Also, I added notes to some maps labeling certain sides of the map or which level to lessen confusion for both myself and viewers. Hope they help, too. Hang em High- First, credit obviously goes to Nexy on the main part of this spawn map. I just added in a couple we picked up on xbc and LANs. And I added non-randoms to it so it was complete. First of all, all the pink highlight is done by Nexy. These areas are randoms. Anytime you stand in that area your partner can spawn anywhere! Also, he drew in blue arrows. These dictate that you stand there and jump in the arrow direction, usually straight up. That is also random, try to time the jump so you jump at 0. Nexy also has green highlight. Those are exact spots to stand in and your partner randoms. The one near camo is important. I added numbers. The 1 & 2 are important spawns that are the same key as priz. The yellow one on bottom is actually in very corner of the lower red area if it's confusing there. Now, much like battle creek/chill out the other spawns are marked with colored circles. But instead of squiggly lines I used colored dots. This is a bit easier to notice imo but I don't want to re-edit. h8 paint. I also added a few notes on some important spawns for hh. HH is all about confusing your enemies with spawns Dammy: First of all, that pink "2" is supposed to be a squiggly line. I'll go by color from bottom left to top right for simplification. The red at the bottom is directly on the plasma grenades platform which leads to the oversheild. You stand on them or anywhere near that red for a complete random. I've noticed it randoms your partner about 70% of the time and 30% of the time they spawn in the sniper room. The pink is explaining that when you are in the portal that your partner will spawn on the floor below the portal. It's hard to explain where that spawn point is but if you can imagine walking through the portal from the top. Then going straight and up the ramp. Then going straight but instead of walking out the door and going to shotguns you just face the right and you see a little sneaky spot. We'll thats the spawn. Thats not necessarily a good spawn but if you know someone is camping port and you kill their partner nade that spawn for a quick frag. The green means that when you are in the rocket pit/spawn your partner spawns on the green dot. Which is directly up the little ladder. Partners spawn there if the guy is on the platform near oversheild sometimes, too. If you go halfway up the big ladder I think your teammate spawns above the ladder in the corner. Don't quote it though. The blue is the hallway near sniper spawn room. Thats pretty simple, stand near that and your partner stays in that room. The Yellow means that in the corner where green and blue meet though, if you stay in that and press against the wall and jump you can spawn your team mate inside the good base. On the bottom. Thats a tricky one, the spawn follows the dotted line. Light blue is a semi-worthless spawn. It saves a few seconds I guess. If you are stuck at the plasma rifle spawn and you go into the corner on the bottom your partner will spawn above you in the sniper room. But you can walk up there in a few seconds and there is a random at OS so a bit pointless imo. 3 colors in top right area are not randoms. Just stand in those areas to spawn your partner on the corresponding dots. The dark blue that says "jump" is a 50/50 chance of working. You have to time the jump really well so that when respawn gets right on 0 you are peaking your jump. I think. Anyway the dot on the left is the start position. This is located in the shotgun area, in the corner. Press all the way up and jump and your partner will spawn in the good base on the bottom floor. Sneaky and good spawn but it's not dependable. Definitions/More info/some of the better spawns: Top Spawns: Like the yellow number 2 on prisoner. That you can stand on the bottom level and spawn your partner near oversheild on the top level. Spawns like this that get you out of the bottom are called top spawns. They can help gain map control and are tricky. Random Spawns: Spawns from nexy's hang em high map that are green and pink. You stand there and instead of spawning at the closest spawn point your partner spawns randomly. That means he can spawn at any spawn point on the map, even behind your opponents! It's great to keep the other team guessing and if you get lucky they will spawn near a camo/rocket or behind them. Even a random that spawns your partner in a "bad area" can be good because it's not expected by your enemies. Non-randoms: This is just a term I use to describe the regular spawns. When you are standing in a squiggly lined area and your team mate spawns close to you. These are pretty easy to learn. Good randoms/tops: Hang em High- Next to the ramp above camo -Back corner of red -the top spawn from bottom red to top blue at the pistol Chill Out- standing in the dark hall under camo room will spawn your partner in camo room Dammy- the plasma grenades on the oversheild walkway are a decent random -the top spawn by standing in the rampway below top base, if you are exiting sniper spawn room and going towards the flag base then stand in the middle of that tunnel area for a good top Rat Race- not a random but if your enemies partner is anywhere in the top tunnels they force their team mate to spawn at the sheilds in the corner, you can nade there for easy kills and force their teammate to port or drop Just play on splitscreen with a partner and try to force these into your gameplay. When they come natural you'll be spawn nading, randoming, and in general have a good map awareness. |
